Collecting Information

The information we collect is limited in scope and is detailed below:

We collect information in two ways.

• Firstly the pages visited are logged along with the IP address of the visitor. This in it's self cannot be used to identify an individual but is used to gather statistics on the most popular areas of the side.
• Secondly when a contributor to the site makes a submission they voluntarily supply a name and email address. This information is used to ensure only appropriate content is submitted and as a means of contacting the contributor should further dialogue be required on the submission. In both instances the information gathered is kept for a minimum period and is not shared with any third parties.

Cookies

Cookies are used only while the visitor remains on the site and do not contain any identifiable information. These temporary Cookies are deleted once the visitor leaves the site.

Security

The role of security in an Educational environment is of paramount importance and we therefore take the most appropriate technical and physical precautions to ensure the protection of any personal information we may hold.
